Welcome to The Clover Hotel Angeles City. By making a reservation, checking in, or using our facilities and services, guests agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These policies are established to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Reservation, Check-In & Hotel Policies

Guests are required to present a valid government-issued identification card together with their hotel voucher or booking confirmation upon arrival. The name on the identification document must match the reservation details. All bookings are subject to room availability and hotel policies at the time of reservation.

  • Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: 12:00 NN
  • Early Check-In: Subject to room availability; Php 300.00 per hour
  • Late Check-Out: Subject to room availability; Php 300.00 per hour
  • Breakfast: Optional and may be subject to additional charges
  • Hotel Voucher & ID: Required upon check-in
  • Valid ID: Must match reservation details
  • Child Policy: Children aged 0–5 years stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding
  • Front Office Hours: Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Room Service Hours: 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
  • Free Wi-Fi: Available for registered guests
  • Pets: Not allowed within hotel premises
  • Smoking: Allowed only in designated smoking areas
  • Elevator: Available for guest convenience
  • Parking: Available for registered guests, subject to availability
  • Function Hall: Available for events and meetings, subject to reservation
  • Security Deposit: Php 2,000.00 per booking, refundable upon checkout subject to room inspection

Cancellation & Modification Policy

All reservations are governed by the hotel's cancellation and modification policy. Guests are encouraged to carefully review reservation details before confirming their booking.

  • Non-Refundable: Confirmed reservations are non-refundable.
  • Non-Cancellable: Reservations cannot be cancelled for a refund.
  • Rebooking: Requests may be accommodated subject to hotel approval and room availability.
  • No Show: Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date will result in a 100% charge of the reservation amount.
